I am not satisfied at all with the tires on the hybrid TREK bike I purchased for my son in May. They are garbage in my opinion! He has had non stop flat tires driving a few blocks each day on a city street to school or work which make it a very unreliable mode of transportation. I can’t imagine what would happen on a trail!
I certainly wouldn’t recommend his particular bike for this reason alone unless of course you want to pay another $200 for new tires like I just did. Not happy about this at all.

Customer service is amazing. I was helped by several of your staff from the moment i ordered the bike to picking it up, then the 1 month check and bike fit. They were all very helpfull and friendly specially Randy, whom I bombarded with all my questions and he was patient, knowledgeable and thorough with all his answers. The bike fit really made a difference.
