I'd reached out to West Point about a replacement chainring for my Trek 1120. Both representatives I spoke with were very helpful in terms or ensuring that I had the right part as, well as discussing potential needs around replacing the rear cassette and chain (I already had these parts on hand). Their level of professionalism and helpfulness was excellent.
We have received excellent customer service from Main Street, West 10th and the store in Kerrisdale. Our purchase order was coordinated well between all 3 stores. Bob at Kerridale is kind, knowledgeable and service oriented. There is never the hard sell - they try to help. Bob told me they are trying to be the neighbourhood bike store, and I think they have achieved that goal. I have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends. In fact, I had such a good experience that I am actively promoting them to my friends.

I just had my bike at West Point Cycles for a service. The staff are knowledgeable and professional. My bike rides like new. As someone who rides approximately 20 km every day, I want a place to go when repairs are needed. West Point Cycles is that place. I highly recommend them.

The Trek bikes have better sizing for children who start riding early (3) than competitor brands. The free one year service for new bikes and discount on accessories is a smart incentive.
Friendly and professional staff
I found Jack extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a good listener. He was also very accommodating in arranging a future date for my electric Trek bike service.
The only thing I was not happy about was I paid full price ($119.99) for a pair of Trek Circuit biking shorts, and they are on sale on the Trek website for $79.99.

I bought my first bike there years ago and have always been impressed with their service on that bike and subsequent bikes. They (almost) always figure out hard to diagnose problems on the first attempt. Service prices are reasonable and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
