I have been dealing with west point cycles for a few years now. During this time, I've had nothing but positive experience. Every time I've required to have work done, it has been done expediently. I appreciate their honestly and willingness to please the customer. My most recent visit involved replacing a bottom bracket in a frame that had been sitting unused for sometime. Needless to say it was a struggle. Without their expert knowledge, I would not have realized the dream of having a perfectly working njs bike imported from Japan. They are riders who know "what's up" and I'm glad they are located near my home.

Provided warranty and one month and annual follow-up services info and 15-20% discounts on accessories and racks for 30 days from purchase. Also overviewed e-helmets, locks etc.
I bought a Brompton bag and it was quite a bit less than competitor. I shopped online. Haven't been into the store. I don't live in Vancouver...

And was given great advice in which bike rack to purchase and the staff also did an install for me free of charge on the spot.
