- Prompt communication on the completion of service;
- Good recommendation of upcoming tubeless tire maintenance workshop;
- Detailed explanation on the different kind of services for the tubeless tires at different times; and
- Courteous and professional technicians.

Extremely professional and still able to simplify explaining things to customer who may not understand technical jargon. I’ve been getting my bikes here since I was a child (over 50 years) and this is the first place I will recommend to friends when they are looking for a bike or for repair.

Went there to get a new bike tire for an older mountain bike. Bob did a great job and now I feel safe on country roads with this high quality tire and workmanship. West Point Cycles are always friendly and helpful and get the work done in good time. They give honest recommendations on what your bike needs whether it's a high end bike or an everyday older bike.
