Honestly, every time i have been in - the item i needed wasnt in stock. BUT staff were helpful in identifying what i need, and either ordering it or redirecting me to somewhere i could get it. staff are always friendly and helpful, even for those of us who probably ask super dumb questions because we aren't deep into the cycling world.
West Point cycle was extremely helpful! I had a part shipped and they shared the cost of upgrading the shipping cost to expedite it! Very friendly and helpful!

I like the variety of bikes and the size of the store/ number of employees.

I have been a West Point customer for about 8 years. Primarily I used your bike tune up shop but on my suggestion, my husband consulted and then purchased a bicycle there for his specific back related needs. The technicians have always been fabulous. The advice given my husband was superb and he has been enjoying his new wheels for about 3 years. Recently, I purchased a bike helmet for our 2 year old granddaughter with the advice and experience of a West Point consultant. We are very pleased with their inventory and knowledgeable staff.
