The staff at West Point Cycles in Langley are always friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I purchased my 2021 Trek FX Sport Carbon 4 bike there and am delighted with it. Since then I have returned several times to purchase various accessories and have always found their inventory to be extensive and fairly priced. This is a great place to buy a bike, find parts you need or just enjoy looking around. It's such a great bike shop that I regularly drive about 50 kms from where I live in order to shop there.

I came in for merely a chain repair on my mountain bike, but Dave was willing to give my bike a quick analysis to determine if it required anything else.
Dave was polite, & willing to patiently listen as I tried my best to detail what performance factors of my bike were nonoptimal. Then, he went on to simply, yet thoroughly explain the conditions my bike was in & what it required. Being the inexperienced biker I am, he could have convinced me to spend a fortune, but he honestly admitted it was in good condition and just needed a wash.
His service has certainly obtained my loyal business for future bike servicing needs.

Fast turnaround and good service!
I like the way your service department stands behind its work. They did a full service on my bike in March. In July they fixed my squeaky break only charging for parts, in case it was the March tune up that caused the problem. I appreciated that, since they could easily have said it was too long since the servicing.
I was having coffee in Kits last week. Some folks at the next table asked me where they should take their bikes for some work. I recommended WPC without hesitation!
