I had requested to have a gear added to make going up the hill a little easier, the parts were promptly obtained, and the turn around time was quick. The crew at West Point Cycles really went above and beyond to make sure they explained the specifics of my bike and its set up. It really felt like they cared about my knowledge on how it works in detail so I can troubleshoot or do work on it myself. To me, the fact that a service person is trying to help me be more self sufficient is worth the cost of a set up in itself.

This is a great bike shop. Everyone there is super helpful and friendly. I've taken my bikes in there for tune ups and have always received great service. I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable local bike shop.
