Fantastic service. Marc is the absolute best. He not only is very knowledgeable but also teaches me what’s wrong with my bike so I can identify it next time. The service team is also really good about looking at “in-ride issues” on a drop-in basis and fixing them if they can when they aren’t busy.
I had chain drop issues on a new bike that I’d purchased elsewhere, due to a small derailleur support part not being installed on the bike. Marc not only figured it out, he sourced the SKU of the part, told where I could order it online since West Point didn’t stock it, and offered to install it. The other bike shop I talked to couldn’t even identify the issue. Thank you!!

What a great super friendly and helpful staff
I do most of my own bike maintenance. I like that your online store gives me access to a large inventory of parts, and that things that aren't in stock are available to order. I also like that when inventory and the web store don't match up, you call me to offer alternatives instead of just doing a "not available".
The products are good quality and competitively priced. Every time I've gone in to look for a product, staff have been courteous and professional.

I showed up, unannounced, with an electric mountain bike problem, thinking I had a disintegrated rear hub mechanism. I hadn't purchased the bike at West Point, but their service people stopped what they were doing, to help.
Little over an hour later, they had the bike fixed. With unexpected good news. Not a hub breakdown, but a simple bearing failure. They had the part in stock, had me up and running in no time.
I won't soon forget how well I was treated. Friendly people, quality advice..
