I really like the low pressure sales practices. Very informative and helpful with advice. I will be having my bikes serviced with them so long as I live in the area. I've had a crankset/bottom bracket installed and they did a fantastic job. They were able to locate and order some track nuts for a wheel that required a specific size. Fast and very accommodating, will do business again. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work!
I called needing a bike wall hook. Staff (Gurleen) was very friendly and said stock said they had one left but she had to find it. She also immediately sent me an email with the picture to confirm it was what I was looking for. They found it and 10 minutes later I picked it up. Other staff when I arrived was also very nice. Emailed me link to video of the product so I could show my handyman. Will recommend my husband comes here to replace his aging bike.
