The customer service at this location is simply excellent. The products are a bit expensive, but not cost prohibitive. All in all, a good place to shop for a bike.
Great bikes and wonderful crew!
Erik did a great job! Very knowledgeable of the product and explained and showed us how to use it!
I didn’t like paying twice for my repair
Sales people are very helpful!

Fast, friendly and PROFESSIONAL service!
Fast friendly service. Very happy.
Rep was very helpful. He suggested how to mount the handle grips. It worked like a charm.
Thank you for the quick service of my flat . The tech was very polite and thorough explaining / advising the need for a new tire as well. You run a good shop.
Quality product
Wet friendly and knowledgeable
Very fast service! I took my bike in and got it back and ready to ride in 10 minutes!
Great product and services. Took 2.5 years to get our bikes… and they were different than the original order…
I brought in my bike needing parts. The service department helped me find the parts and put it together for me.
Service kept pushing back and refused to be accommodative. Would never bring my bike here again and would not refer this place to a friend. Not a very pleasant service team
The whole crew was super friendly and professional. Stopped in to get an older bike repaired… service department was quick and efficient in checking the parts needed were in stock and completed an estimate. They then completed the job in about 2 hours … did not expect same day service. A really great customer experience. Also shopped for e-bikes while we were in dropping off the bike … sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Will return when we are ready to purchase. Store is super clean, well organized, and a great inventory. Most importantly no bike snobbery like some shops … seem to just want everyone to be able to enjoy cycling. Nice overall good experience.
It was fast and inexpensive
Great service
Quick & easy
Erik and Sean were great helps. After a less then desirable experience at the downers grove location the Naperville location was amazing and helpful. Gave me fair price for my bike and made the trade in process perfect. Highly reccommend the Naperville location.
The guys in the repair part of the shop were great. Very helpful. When we went to go buy a helmet for my 3.5 year old we had to wait for one sales guy to stop listening to another customer that another employee already had taken care of. He could have been taking care of us instead. After we decided on what helmet my son wanted we said we will take this one he said you can go ahead and take the display model. I personally do not want the display model as people have been touching it. They should not even offer to take the display model just because he wanted to be lazy and not go back in back to get the other one. I think the sales guy needs to be trained better he didn’t seem to be very good at sales. Over all a great place to go for service.
Excellent employees. Very helpful.
We fell in love with a little orange townie go! With matching bell and basket. We came for my husband to test out a new 2022 trek bike and the salesmen asked if I'd like to ride something too, I explained I am disabled and unable to pedal with one of my feet. He was apologetic for my ailment and said we have electric assistance bikes. I asked how that works and he explained whatever pressure I applied with my good foot the bike would match for the bad foot. It was programmable. I was hesitant but really wanted to try it. So he grabbed one and programmed it for me and off we went. He was right I never had to put pressure on my bad foot, the bike did it all for me. I was riding a bike! I haven't ridden a bike for 4 years since the accident that caused my issues. I had tears in my eyes it was so fun. We had absolutely no intention of buying anything that day, we came for a test ride for something completely different but because that salesmen offered to let me ride something too, and then was compassionate enough to listen to my needs. He sold an assistance electric bike that I didn't even know I wanted. I can't ride it far, my body is still disabled even if it is assisting me,but the excitement I have for the little bit I can ride is worth it all. I named her Maditla May. She's pale orange, goes up to 20 mph and up to 40 miles on a single charge, she can even help me walk her if I need. There is no bad back or bad foot pushing needed. The bike handles it all. Better than a wheelchair and cutier looking too. Haha. I highly recommend the staff at downers Grove trek . They never pressured us into a sale, they were patient in teaching us how the bike worked and they were even more helpful finding the accessories I wanted. Great
Team.
We showed up right at closing to pick up my bike and the staff was so gracious and helpful even though they probably wanted to go home.
Good quality and excellent, efficient customer service.
Absolutely the best service at any bike store anywhere! Techs are so helpful and knowledgeable!!!
Personalized prompt and courteous service

When I bought my bike I was a little confused on what to buy. The guys at Trek, Naperville really helped me with the right bike. I just spent a couple of days riding RAGBRAI and the FX1 tha i bought preformed perfect. The guys at the store and the repair center are very helpful. I'd buy another bike from them for sure.
