Bike wasn't ready when we told it would be ready. Didn't have the rack or child seat that we ordered. Walked around the store for a good 20 minutes before somebody got off the computer and asked to help us. Par for the course at this shop. We've done business there prior so our expectations weren't high.
EXCELLENT
Prompt service. Did only what was necessary. I had asked for full tune up but at the time of pick up I was told the bike was in good shape and did not require full tune up. Appreciate the honesty.
