I don't know anything besides the products I purchase at Trek Downers Grove, but I have been so happy with my Trek bikes and the gear and equipment that I bought there. The service at Trek in Downers Grove is so impressive...they have the most amazing service and team of experts. Trek Downers Grove is where I refer my family and friends when they are in need of a new bike, a bike rack, any bike equipment or bike service. The most knowledgeable and helpful staff just ready to meet your needs whatever they are.
Quality and service. Someone is always willing to help and they take care of their customers which makes you want to return. I've never had a problem with service, repairs, or even returning an item. Great team, they are good at what they do because they enjoy it.

Quality and price
I purchased a Trek mountain bike at your store a few years back and I have given a lot of business to Trek in Naperville. I went in to get new tires and a new bar installed on Friday the 20th. The next day I went to a dirt jump park and on my first run my back tire came off in the air. I bailed and was very lucky that I did not get injured. Whoever installed my tires did not properly tighten the quick release bolt. I am very disappointed especially for the price I paid for "service". I will not be taking my bike back to trek in Naperville because of this.
