First time I was ever there I have been both road biking and mountain biking for 30 years. Excellent staff very knowledgeable excellent product selection very friendly.
The bikes are high quality and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
I took two bikes in for service on a Friday and they were done by the following Tuesday. The service department initially told me it would be a week, so I was happy they were ready so quickly.

Sean consistently is a friendly & super knowledgeable presence at Naperville Trek! I was building up a new bike, and ran into an issue. I brought it into Trek Naperville, and Sean was able to fix my headset issue within a few minutes. No upsell…just speedy honest service. Great shop!
Guys were great from start to finish. I’m still new to cycling so they explained the test fit process, were incredibly thorough and engaged and answered all my 101 questions in simple language. They seemed to truly enjoy their jobs and as result went above and beyond my expectations. 10 out of 10. I’ll be back
