The sales team always tries to find a way way to help me obtain what I want to purchase even when supply chain issues distort availability. This ranges from locating products in other stores (independent Trek distributors) to cannibalizing related products in the store. The store generally has a great product selection and a very helpful team.

I was out of the cycling world for a while so it was important for me to get educated on the recents products and figure out what bike was best for me. Basil, one of the managers at the DG did that for me. He was very knowledgeable, patient and I felt comfortable taking his advise!
