The sales woman was very quick to help me and very knowledgeable. I bought a bike rack for my new EBike I bought at your store a few months ago and she had a very nice guy put it on my car for me and showed me exactly how to do it. Thank you.

Bike wasn't ready when we told it would be ready. Didn't have the rack or child seat that we ordered. Walked around the store for a good 20 minutes before somebody got off the computer and asked to help us. Par for the course at this shop. We've done business there prior so our expectations weren't high.

Prompt service. Did only what was necessary. I had asked for full tune up but at the time of pick up I was told the bike was in good shape and did not require full tune up. Appreciate the honesty.

Staff at the parts and service desk were extremely helpful. As a relative newbie to bike repair they quickly set me up with the necessary parts and gave me some straight forward guidance on how to complete the job. They were spot on. Even told me if after replacing the chain that it skips I’d need to replace the cassette. Found out my crankset was severely worn and needed replacement too. They had everything in stock and I was back up and running like new in no time…and now I’m much more confident in my bike knowledge and servicing capabilities. Great shop!
