The customer service at both the Naperville & Downers Grove stores goes above and beyond and their products are top quality. It's been 12 years since I purchased my bike from the Naperville store and they have helped me keep it in top condition all this time. I have popped in occasionally and, even if they are busy, the staff will take time to help with minor repairs. They have always been honest and upfront about repairs that may or may not be needed. When you walk in, the staff is friendly, helpful and really knows their products. Thank you!
This visit was quick and easy as I called ahead and had parts waiting for me. Went in a week or so again and ea;led the whole showroom contemplating a new bike and no one acknowledged my presence.

Great team, they all seamlessly interchange with customers. Helping anyone and everyone that has a question. Cutest thing was a little boy couldn't decide his bike color. He was maybe 3. So the employees at mom's request, all got excited for the red one, which made other customers join in the fun of helping tye little guy pick red. Haha, it was do nice to see a team just enjoying their jobs. Extremely knowledgeable too.
Good experience overall. Waited for a while before we were able to get help in store. When we did get help, we went over sizing and decided which model. They shipped me a bike with the options I wanted to the store because it wasn’t in stock. This only took one week and when we went in to pick it up they installed the accessories (water bottle, kickstand) for me.

First time I bought a Trek the sales pleas Very helpful
I stopped in the store yesterday to pick up an item I had ordered and one of the workers in the repair section just completely ignored me as I stood right in front of him waiting for service. He was an Asian man with black hair that was somewhat thinning at the top. I did not get his name, unfortunately so there are no other distinguishing ways to describe him.
I stood right in front of the counter and he walked past me multiple times without even acknowledging me at all. As I stood directly in front of him, he did not even attempt to make eye contact and eventually walked over to the phone and called someone and starting talking to someone on the phone.
Another worker in the repair section of the store had to come out to greet me himself and assist me because he noticed that the Asian guy was directly ignoring me while I waited for help.
The Asian worker was very unprofessional and I hope to never have to interact with him again. I have been a customer of this Trek bike store for about 10 years and did not deserve that. It was his second time behaving like that when I was in the store. I'm tired of him at this point.

My husband and I previously purchased Trek bicycles. We had them for almost 20 years. Never had any issues.
I showed up five minutes before closing, and the staff took care of my tire, when they could have made me come back. I appreciate the laid back attitudes. And I appreciate how you keep me on the road!

These guys are awesome! Very helpful with sales and explaining merchandise. Had the bike that I was looking for which is so hard to find right now that everyone else I had called said wouldn’t be until next year before they could get one. Bike was still in the box not put together when I called and they told me 7 to 10 days they could have it ready. I had a phone call within two days later saying that I could come in and pick up the bike it was ready if I was.
After riding the bike just one day it blew all my expectations of what a bike like this could do!
This Trek rail 7 eMTB wasn’t cheap but definitely lived up to money well spent!
