Quality is always excellent
Service was exemplary. They took care of us even at closing and we didn’t feel rushed.
My bike needed some work. Even though I arrived several minutes before the store opened, one of the employees saw me, helped get my bike out of the car, and took me right into the repair department. By later that afternoon my bike was fixed and ready to go for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

My son was looking for a bike, Brock our salesman was very helpful and made sure my son had safety equipment on and flashing rear lights for cars to see. We learned what we needed there for a future purchase.
What I needed was simple so it wouldn't be fair to rate the staff here. They were able to help me find what I needed so were helpful.
Where I feel the experience fell short is in inventory and quality of products. As an active Triathlete, I have probably more advanced needs than the average cyclist. That being said, I've found that the store is carrying less and less of what I need. For what the store does carry, I've been finding the quality is just not what I'd hope for. Trek is a premium product so would expect a bit more (cost wise, it definitely costs more!). For example, I recently purchased 2 inner tubes. One had a hole in it when I got it! The second flatted the next day (no puncture, just flat). I know it happens but this is the kind of thing I've been noticing and speaks to the quality of the merchandise.
Sadly, there are competitors now in the area that are offering a choice so while I'm a huge Trek fan, I can't say I'd 100% recommend going to Trek over other competitors in the area.
Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a new seat for my sons Trek Marlin 5. They helped me make the selection and got the bike out of the car, installed and reloaded into the car in record time. I highly recommend this bike shop.
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Plus my bike tune-up was completed earlier than predicted.
