Knowledge, good advice concerning component options & quality workmanship
Adam is highly knowledgeable and very helpful. I had been to 3 other bike stores and was not helped with what I was looking for. Adam spent time with me and listened to how I would be using the bike and the budget I was working with. He found a bike within the Trek stores that was a perfect match! After picking up my bike, I brought the bike back to have a "sound" checked out and was greeted kindly and they rode my bike to find the issue. Everything was inspected and I am definitely a happy customer. I would recommend the Naperville Trek store if you're in the market.

Customer service, looking for a new helmet due to a crash and wasn't upsold. Fair, upfront, and honest communication.
Also have an issue on my wife's bike and the store will work with Trek to upgrade the entire braking system from what was on the bike when we bought it to the braking system that was intended to be on the bike, Covid created supply chain issues, both Trek and the store anticipate this being corrected.
