My daughter loves her brand new big girl bike. I so appreciate that you had all the “goodies” to make her feel special and excited for a bike! She loved having 2 options that were ready to go!
The team is exceptional in service and expertise. They all go the extra mile to answer concerns and make sure all my questions were resolved. Also as I had a recall on my pedals, they were very prompt in taking care of the replacement and getting my bike back.

Bike that was ordered is now pushed back by 5 months. Found an alternative option but was not offered any discount for picking second choice. Second choice was also six times the cost of original bike; certainly could have given a discount to help close the deal. Will likely find an alternative bike from different manufacture and cancel the current order since it’s delayed by 5 months.

We ordered my daughter’s bike and when we pick up the bike it was not! the same color it took 4 months for us to get the bike so we just took it because we don’t want to wait another 4 months for the bike to get to the store and not get what we ordered. Super overwhelmed
I can not say enough great things about this store. Today Chad helped us with selecting a bike and confirming it’s delivery to the store. Our boy’s Trek bikes were also checked, and had their pedals updated from a recall (free of charge).
Service was awesome. Worked to find a hard to find part. They tracked it down and installed it quickly and professionally.
