I recently purchased a road bike from the Trek Naperville location. The staff was great. Special thanks and appreciation to Sean Dawoodi! He was very patient and helpful at every step of the way from fitting to bike choice and customization. I highly recommend the Naperville Trek location. Make sure you set up an appointment with Sean to get you measured and fitted before purchasing your bike. You will not regret it!

The service was friendly informative and swift. I brought a 30 year old bike in for a make over. I knew nothing about the bike . Jim let me know it’s approximate age and condition. He also gave me an estimate and estimated date of completion. The estimate was spot on and the bike came bike at least early. It looked brand new! A great experience all around. Thanks Trek.

First, I’m sure no one will reply to me after this survey.
Brought my bike into the store for a tuneup. The employee looked at it, rang up the the estimate without discussing or explanation, which was more than a tuneup. He reluctantly went over what he said I needed, new chain, and breaks. He couldn’t demonstrate why I needed a chain. His overall attitude was take it or leave it and didn’t care one way or the other. I needed the bike for my son to take away out of state for school and didn’t want bike issues.
It was a two week turnaround. That seems like a ridiculously long time to wait. Again, no reason as to why, leave it or don’t. He didn’t offer me a receipt or proof that I dropped off my bike. I made him provide one anyway.
I received a text two weeks later at about 5:00 informing the bike was ready and if I didn’t pick it up by 7:00, I was going to be charged $2! A two hour window! Ridiculous. I picked it up before 7:00. I was informed they installed a new cassette but didn’t check with me and couldn’t explain why I needed it.
I felt unappreciated and up-charged.
If Trek really cares about my experience and wants to make it right, first do better training with the employees to interact with customers and secondly, provide a refund for the parts I was up-sold and merely leave the price of the tuneup.

I like the fact that the Trek product is excellent and backed by a Satisfaction Guarantee supported by a local shop with knowledgeable employees.
Had what I needed when other spots store didn't.
Less expensive then quote. Faster then quote. What more can I say?

Took them a month just to do the service change of my derailleur and if I didn’t call them to check and follow up the status of the job I won’t know if it was already done or not. No one notified me that the job was already done. Very disappointing.
