Love the store, best bike shop!
Hi, I purchased a Trek Top Fuel mountain bike in January 2022. Received it in April and rode it all summer. I took it back in January 2023 for a tune up to address some shifting issues.
They took care of the shifting issues quickly at no charge.
Throughout the model selection/purchase process and follow up service/support, the staff has been top notch. They know bikes of all types and have a very nice selection.
There are closer Trek shops to my home but I will continue to do business with them because they care and have great product.

I purchased my bike from Downers Grove Trek 16 years ago. When winter rolls around, I have brought my machine in for an annual checkup and address any service issues. The staff at either DG or Naperville is always helpful, never pushy and makes recommendations based on the needs of the bike. I always know that my bike is ready for another great season. These days, when someone is looking for service on their own cycle, I do not hesitate to recommend Trek of DG or Naperville. In short, you guys are great. Thank you for all you do.

This was my first visit to Trek of Naperville. From the first phone call I could tell the employees were very friendly, caring, and most of all, knowledgeable. They called back promptly after I left a message. I would not hesitate to call the company again if ever my bicycle needs attention.

The store has everything a cyclist needs from bikes to accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. In addition, the Service Department will keep your bike in top shape and you in the saddle.
Great service. The sales department's knowledge on bike racks helped me select which brand and bike rack model to choose from and provided the reasons for that selection.
Once the purchase was made, the sales department informed me when my bike rack would be delivered and the service department would assemble it for me at no additional charge. When I arrived to get the rack attached to my car hitch, Eric (Trek Bicycle store in Naperville, IL) came out to install it on my vehicle and provided me instructions on how to remove/reinstall the bike rack from the hitch.
Overall, a very positive experience with the entire staff at this store. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCTS THEY SUPPORT AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THE QUALITY, PROMPTNESS, KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE THAT THEIR STAFF PROVIDES.
