Sean is one of the most knowledgeable people that knows his business and the customers needs. I have purchased bikes from the Naperville store and have always left with a satisfied experience. Always treated fairly when I go into the shop. Whether it is to buy supplies to clean and lube and keep my bike running at peak efficiency or to have a tune up or any repairs performed. Full service bike shop with knowledgeable staff.

I went with my sister to buy a biking short for women but didn't find options.
I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very happy with the turnaround and have always had a good experience here.
Very efficient in bike repair
It was great experience. The guy was knowledgeable and took the time make sure that you ready to ride.
There were several employees working at the store that had literally no interest to help customers. I was in the store for over 30 min. To pick up a few accessories and look at newer models for possible upgrades. Nobody asked if I needed help, nobody even approached me until I was standing at the now unoccupied counter for 5 minutes and someone in the repair area realized I wanted to pay. The people working the sales floor were “busy” - one employee was literally texting friends and simultaneously watching a soccer game on the computer in the front and otherwise doing nothing related to his job for at least 15 min. I also observed another employee “helping” a customer who was looking for 2 bikes for 2 smaller kids (i.e not a $7000 carbon frame) The employee was pretty curt, rude and fairly insensitive to what the customer was looking for - uninterested to get a sale or help satisfy the need. The customers were getting frustrated and have no idea if they stuck around and actually purchased since they were there even longer than me. You are wasting your money on these people - they are not helping you sell anything, and the store was already fairly dead for a Sunday afternoon.
I love Trek as a company and as a set of products and it is unfortunate that a Trek store would come off as arrogant, lazy and uninterested to help. I have bought at least 4 bikes from your store over the years without any problems. This is a new experience and a move in the wrong direction. 7 is generous on the recommendation if the opinion were just based on yesterday - I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt given my past positive experiences.
