Love my FX Four Seven bike! I’ve had it for 10 years.
I love the enthusiasm I’m greeted with every time I walk in to get my bikes serviced. You can tell they have bicycle enthusiasts working there willing to get the job done and give advise.

Staff at the parts and service desk were extremely helpful. As a relative newbie to bike repair they quickly set me up with the necessary parts and gave me some straight forward guidance on how to complete the job. They were spot on. Even told me if after replacing the chain that it skips I’d need to replace the cassette. Found out my crankset was severely worn and needed replacement too. They had everything in stock and I was back up and running like new in no time…and now I’m much more confident in my bike knowledge and servicing capabilities. Great shop!

The sales team always tries to find a way way to help me obtain what I want to purchase even when supply chain issues distort availability. This ranges from locating products in other stores (independent Trek distributors) to cannibalizing related products in the store. The store generally has a great product selection and a very helpful team.
