Although everything else was satisfactory, the bicycle I purchased had been previously utilized for test rides.

I went into trek twice. The first visit was great. The second was not. The gentlemen that helped me was not knowledgeable. He did not even walk me around the features of my brand new bike, could not answer basic maintenance questions. Disappointing at this price point.
A young man was kind enough to show me some selections, especially the Dual Sport which fit on what I am looking for.
The bikes are great and the service is very personable. The staff are a pleasure to work with.

Took care of my recall and checked a concern I had. Everyone was friendly from the time I stepped into the showroom. Will return for service when needed or to purchase another bike.
i brought my recalled bike back to have service done and the people at the service counter was not very friendly at all, he was very reluctant to answer any question at all, he needs to have some customer service training to be more friendly to their customers.

The Team really knows the products and stands by them
Greg was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond getting my daughters new bikes and making sure they had all the streamers, baskets and bells on. He even attempted to teach my 5 year old daughter to ride without training wheels right in the store for 15 minutes. Will definitely be back for all our bike needs and will refer everyone I know there as well. Customer service is top notch. Thanks, Greg and team!
