I brought the bike in bc of rattling noise when peddling Picked up yesterday. Still loud rattling. Called and asked Jim what they we done for $165. He didn’t know and asked me to bring bike back. I will find another solution. Please credit my account. I can send video of noise if neeeed. Thank you.

The man who took the order for the bike we bought was good.
But when we picked up the $600 bike for my 11 year old, no one offered or suggested she get on it, so they could adjust the size etc.
A bike is a big deal for an 11 year old…and for that kind of purchase I expected trek would have a better system for making the pick up of a new bike more organized and perhaps even special.
It’s a missed opportunity, which could have been matched (by us) with sharing photos and the details of our experience to our networks.
Instead, we got the bike home and then had to figure out how to adjust the bike to the rider on our own…followed by a second trip back to the store…that resulted in finding out our adjustments were wrong.
Clunky and not a marquee experience for someone who could be a lifelong customer with kids of her own one day.
