Bike was provided with components that did not match what was listed on website.
It felt like I was on a car dealer lot talking with used car sales men.

I purchased a rear brake cable and cable housing from the parts department, they were very helpful. Glanced into the service area and it appeared clean and organized with lots of in stock parts. I would return to this store for sure.

Service team was very friendly and helpful. I have had a bike for about a year with a few hundred miles on it and some hardware came loose. I brought it in for the service members to look at and they were able to fix it completely within just a few minutes. Excellent service, one of the team members’ names was Frank.

The team is great! Shawn runs a fantastic store with a balanced amount of products. Big shout out to the bike technicians especially Danny! He is always up front with the timing and cost of the repairs when working on my 4 bicycles.
Jim and the bike repair and maintenance team are top notch. Great service, they explain everything, very pleasant to deal with. Store staff is generally friendly, helpful and outgoing.
Trek has a portfolio of bicycles for everyone’s preferences, needs and requirements. The Downers Grove store is well designed, has lots of inventory, and the sales people are proactive and helpful.
Christine (I think that was her name) blond woman extremely helpful suggested I try every bike possible until I was comfortable with the right fit.

The service guys are the best, they try to get you back out there on your bike as soon as possible. Very nice guys, very helpful.
I went to a different place first, and they were going to empty my bank account. But the people at Trek were honest, and straight forward with reasonable pricing. This is what a true business is.
