I love the looks of the carbon bikes. The Mondale is awesome. Everyone at the south Naperville store is very knowledgable and also very nice.

When I arrived for a test ride of a trek marlin 6 I notice that both wheel need alignment. So I mention to the employee and they thank me for noticing.
Next day I call the store and I order trek marlin 7.
Couple of days after I call them to REMIND them to make sure my brand new bike will be in perfect condition cuz I notice they don't take good care of the test bikes. As I mentioned before about the wheels alignment.. they were confident that they will check everything.
Days latter my bike arrived they call me to go and pick it up but guess what!!!?? THE BOTH WHEELS WERE SHAKING because they don't alignment them and they was a wired bump noise coming from the fork. I immediately stated the issue and I told them that I call in advance to make sure bike will be in perfect condition.
As I was concerned about the fork noise I test one of the other bikes in the store for the same noise but there was no issue so I mention this to the employee that this test bike doesn't have that bump noise and guess what he replay????? THAT BIKE IS 4000$ hahaha like mine is 900 and is a junk even i check one cheaper then mine and again no wierd noise.

There were at least three employees working when my little girl and I walked in with my son’s bike, but not one of them greeted us or looked particularly friendly. There was one customer ahead of us in the service department, so we probably waited about 20 minutes to talk to someone. Apparently only one of the three employees was able to intake my son’s bike, but no one ever said anything like “thanks for your patience, I (or he) will be right with you.l” Service was great and the price was more than fair, but the experience lacked the human touch. Thanks so much.
