I love the way my Trek Domane rides. I love how detailed and responsive the Trek store in Naperville is to my needs. I had a bike fitting there. When I took the bike in for new wheels the same technician noticed by looking at the tape on my handlebars that I had been putting too much pressure on my hands. He asked how I felt riding. After i told him, he said we should adjust a little more over the winter to allow me to be more comfortable on long rides. We talked about different options for power meters, pedals, etc. very thorough.
Service team is excellent. Very professional ,always ready to explain in detail about the bike issue.We are happy that we chose Trek Route 59 store in Naperville.

We were looking for information on E-bikes. The people that helped us were well informed and very helpful. Over the course of time, we have dealt with three different people and found them all to be great to work with. We bought two and the proper rack.

I dropped in with what I hoped would be a simple adjustment that could be addressed immediately - an adjustment to my brakes after I had changed the tires.
In fact I needed to have my front wheel trued but that work and the brake adjustments were done while I waited.
Pleasantly surprised and impressed.
Had to order the bike in my size and it came super fast!!! They installed my own pedals and were very helpful with my questions. Had a nice variety of items and ended up buying my shoes from there as well. Thank you - keep up the good work!

0 response rate. Had to call several times a week to follow up on a warranty claim with Thule. Even if Thule was not responding in a timely fashion, it would have been appropriate to get periodic updates. Terrible customer service on Thule’s and Trek store part.
The Trek service staff was very hospitable, informative and eager to help fix my bike. The long overdue tune up didn't break the bank and my 15 year old bike is good as new.
High quality products and high quality 1 on 1 service. Everyone in store very knowledgeable. Had a blast picking out my new bike. Would highly recommend!

Brought the bike in with a broken derailleur on Sunday afternoon. The response from the repair staff was "do you want to wait for about a half hour or come back on Monday". That was a much quicker turn around time then expected. We decided on Monday. You will call if there is any other issues to confirm proceeding. There was one and it was repaired. We picked up the bike on Monday late afternoon. No riding time lost.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees
The service tech was courteous, knowledgable, and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Repairs were made and bikes were cleaned up because they were dusty. He didn’t have to go the extra mile but I feel like that is the typical service you get conking the trek of Downers Grove.
