I travel full time, so getting bike service can be tricky. Frank was great over the phone securing parts. Joe took immediate care of the service despite the shop being busy. This is a great shop!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I brought the bike in bc of rattling noise when peddling Picked up yesterday. Still loud rattling. Called and asked Jim what they we done for $165. He didn’t know and asked me to bring bike back. I will find another solution. Please credit my account. I can send video of noise if neeeed. Thank you.
