Everyone at Scheller’s is very knowledgeable and the selection of products be it bikes or exercise equipment is definitely larger than anyone else’s in the Louisville area.

Disappointed in service after the sale. I called to see about getting someone to come out to troubleshoot some squeaking noise coming from the machine. It was a floor model and no noise issues were noted when we used it in the store. I spoke with Jesse and he said he would follow up with me and never did. For what we paid I am disappointed in the after the sale service.
Jesse was happy to order the bike I wanted, and as he told me, it was delivered and assembled in a weeks time. When I picked the bike up, I was instructed in what to do and how to operate the electric mode.
I like the sales staff because they try to make sure you have exactly what you need for a delightful work out

My overall experience at Scheller’s was very positive . The clerk’s behind the counter were able to determine the part I needed and ordered it that day .When the part arrived , they called and texted me right away . I was in and out in about five minutes . Thank you guys very much !!
We have be going to Schellers for at least 10 years. The only place we buy bikes. Keith has been our go to for new bikes for kids and us since the first time we went through the door. No more cheap box store bikes for us!!

Your service team is super professional but also really helpful for those of us who aren't mechanically inclined. They explained everything in a way that made sense and didn't make me feel silly for asking questions.
