Excellent mechanic and customer service
John done an excellent job repairing my Catrike. The chain tubes are now better than new. Service was quick and efficient. Very satisfied. Trike rides and feels new although it has over 8 thousand miles on it. Thanks!!

Expensive, but good quality
Josh's customer service was simply STELLAR! I had made an online purchase of a Trek Verve bike, whose frame would have been way too big for me. Josh called me before the order went to the warehouse to check if it would be a good fit. Thank goodness he did because the frame was MASSIVE, And since it was a close out, the bike could not be returned!
He invited me to come to the store to help find a bike that was a much better fit! I really appreciated his approachable and respectful attitude and his willingness to go out of his way to assist me!
I would highly recommend Josh and the other folks at the Okolona store to anyone who appreciates great bikes and customer service!

The service
I am an older, long-term cyclist who has recently developed a back issue, which will require me to change my cycling habits. I met with Andy, who was the absolutely perfect person to talk to about making modifications to my existing bike so I could continue to cycle. He made suggestions on modifications, and then followed through to order the parts and complete the work. I couldn't be happier with Andy and the work done on my bike. Thanks so much Andy.

The friendly professional service and advice. Andy knows so much about riding and bikes and happily shares his knowledge. He takes the time to get to know his customers. I always feel welcome at the store.
At one of the other bike stores in Lexington (not Schellers) the employees acted like they didn't want to be bothered with me because I was looking for a reasonably priced bike for my husband. Andy and Denile (not sure if the spelling is correct) helped me select a bike for him and taught me a lot about how the geometry affects comfort when cycling. Because they took the time to explain how a bike should fit the rider I later came back and bought a nicer bike for myself.
