I broke a cable on the shifter. I dropped the bike off at close to closing time and I got a text early the next morning advising me what was needed and the approximate cost. The bike was ready that day .The service technician, Jason was very through, professional, and friendly. Great service experience. I have always had good service from this store.

Very fast service! I had blown a tire and was very disappointed anticipating i wouldn't be able to ride for a few days. They had it done in a few MINUTES, and it was very reasonably priced. Buy your bike here, get it serviced here, and you won't be disappointed!
