Chad was a pleasure to work with -- he understood what we wanted to do and did everything on our behalf to make that goal a reality. The men who came to our home to work with the equipment were knowledgeable and completed their work without a hitch. This is an amazing company: great people, great equipment and they made their scope of work look easy. I couldn't be more pleased. Susan Bachner
I forget the guys name i bought my bike from but he was very friendly and helpful. He let me test ride 2 bikes. Very good service.
Greeted when entering the building, shown bikes but then abandoned. Had to ask multiple times to test ride a bike, took a very long time to sign the consent document as no one knew how to bring it up on the computer. Then when the decision was made to purchase a bike no one seemed interested in completing the purchase. Total of four employees in the store. I counted 4 other patrons while we were in the store for over 2 hours. Overheard one employee say how busy it was. Busy??? You made 1 sale of miscellaneous items that a patron walked straight to, as he already knew what he came into the store to purchase. Employees making small talk and acting as though they were petrified of completing our purchase!!! Finally one employee came out of an office, looked at us like, "What, you're still here??" Then we were allowed to complete our purchase.
Christian business, friendly service, quick turnaround on repair for reasonable price
Service guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't gotten to use my treadmill yet as it is being put together at the Louisville location but will let you know once I get to use it.

Let me tell you this is the place to go. I have had the opportunity to go there two times in the last three weeks and the service has been outstanding. They are polite, explain everything in detail and then fix the problem. I highly recommend Schillers in St. Matthews

To fix small things on a bike is ok. But, to try a buy a bike from you would be out of a lot of people price range.
