High quality products. Individual service with expertise in demonstration. Not in a hurry. More than willing to give time and attention to answer all my questions, and provide the accurate information I need to make a good choice. I LOVE my Soul Ride bike, but the chain broke. No problem, a new chain only costs $20 to fix. Yay! I REALLY LIKE my e-bike. They noticed one brake wasn't safe to ride any longer, and needed replacement. No problem. They replaced the cable, not charging me an arm and a leg, and I'm back in business! Biking is my number one outdoor activity that brings me so much joy, even at 77 years of age. Thanks for your willingness to help me stay fit for life.

Not only does Scheller’s carry the best products, they provide the best customer service in support. I’m so glad I made my purchase at Scheller’s rather than one of the big box sporting goods stores who have limited inventory and little to no customer service. After buying a bicycle, a recumbent trike, the recumbent exercise bike is my first piece of exercise equipment purchased. The young men that delivered my purchase were professional in setting up the exercise bike, and explaining its operation. They were most pleasant and made sure I was satisfied. There is only one place to go for cycling and exercise equipment and that’s Scheller’s.
