Bought an exercise bike. It was nice. And so was the service
I am new to cycling and felt a little bit intimidated to take my pre-used bike in for servicing but everyone there was so warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back for everything I need as they are also incredibly knowledgeable with good pricing for labor and products!
It was great to visit and find out they fix flats on the spot while you wait on a Saturday - thanks much!!

Welcoming conversation from first phone call. Did not feel rushed by the person on the phone when i called to ask about a tune-up for a 30 year old bike, about which I was unsure.

Several communications when estimate needed to be increased due to wheel that would not true. Got back to my bike the moment I said yes.
