Honesty
Friendly staff, easy to work with. I purchased a used bike and wasn't able to test ride it that day due to weather. When I tried it at home there were a few things I didn't like, so I contacted the store and we worked with the manager to find a good solution. They have a nice used bike selection with good prices.
Your pricing was fair and service was fast. In regards to my issue, I greatly appreciated that less parts were changed than initially expected. You won a family of customers moving forward through honest, quality service.

Brought my Bakcou Mule E-Bike in for repair while on a hunting trip in KY, and Mike the bike tech was just awesome... incredibly knowledgeable, fantastic customer service, and got the bike fixed and me on my way in 45 minutes. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Scheller's and Mike, and honestly every person I interacted with at the shop. If I lived in Louisville, this would be my go-to place 100%.
