Excellent service. Real people ( no AI) to speak with. Delivered my exercise bike on time at my convenience. After one year I had some trouble with the bike. They immediately sent out a service tech who was both knowledgeable and very personable. When the problem persisted, without hesitation they brought me a new bike that works great at no charge. I will gladly recommend them to anyone.

No disappointment. The gentleman (Michael or David, I think) did a great job. I was just shocked to see an $18 service charge for 8-10 mins of work. I guess that's just the price of doing business, but $30 for a tube replacement on my 6yo son's bike would not be a price I would pay again. I do appreciate his efficiency though!
Had my two Cannondale R300 tires and tubes replaced. Took it in early Thursday morning and it was ready in two hours. My front tire was flat two days later and I plan to take it back today. Anxious to see how it is handled. Thanks.

purchased my treadmill from you because I thought the service would be good. Next time I will try Ultimate Fit.
Every time I am in one of the locations I have a very easy time finding some to help me, and they are always great about answering all my questions. Everyone is very knowledgeable.
The service is second to none. I was greeted immediately. Bike was up on a rack and I was out the door after a transparent explanation and quote. Very courteous and progressional, yet in a relaxed manner.

You did what was necessary to restore my bike to like new condition without outrageous labor cost and parts pricing.
