The staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. They are straightforward with information. Of course, It’s all for nothing if the bikes weren’t good, but my experience with Trek bikes has been excellent.

Great Service, friendly staff
I needed a new bike and knew that I would buy it from Jax (that’s where we purchased our son’s bike and the customer service has been great).
Jacob was very good and friendly and gave me some good pricing and I think it was Dan or Don that then offered to help me take the bike out to the car that was very nice so the service was quite good the bike looked nice it was a little bit dirty when I brought it in I could tell that you had cleaned it up a bit for sure and everything looks great I haven't had a chance to write it yet but so I think you know between price and service I certainly would recommend your shop.
Knowledgeable staff, professional and personable. Not salesmen, and addressed all my questions and concerns. I will be back for any future services for mine and my family’s bike needs and services.
