Solid product- worked great- a bike carrier that went on my Bronco. The gentleman who waited on me recommended the item, put it together for me, and installed it. I was able to go home and use it that night. Very grateful for his great personality and willingness to help a 70-year-old lady!

This team and staff are all great! Such great customer service. I had the pleasure of being helped by David (I think that was his name...tall guy lol like really tall) and he was super helpful. Even though he was super busy with other bikes, he took the time to help me and my family with a tailgate cover for my truck, got my bikes into service and didn't try to upsell me anything. Just all around good dude. Thank you to the team here! We will always come back.

I've been going to Jax for over 20 years for all of our bicycle needs. I took my daughters bike over this year, 3 days before the 4th of July to have the gear system replaced. When your bike is down and you need it repaired you are looking to get it back quickly and working great. That's exactly what the team at Jax did for me. Initially they had to order a part which was going to take a few days, yet the mechanic got my bike to the point where it worked well enough for me to complete my weekend long ride. Then when the part came in I had my bike back less than 24 hours from dropping it off. This is where I'll be taking my bike from now on and I can't say enough great things about my experience
