Jax’s Bikes never lets me down. II took my e-bike to a competing bike shop across the street from Jax to fix repair my hydraulic brakes. They sent me across the street to Jax because they said that they could do it better and faster.
Jax took my bike in right away and said that they would take a look and call me later in the day and give me an idea what would be involved. I received a text message and an email on my phone two hours later saying that the bike was repaired and ready for pick up. They saved my vacation at the beach and we were able to continue with our plans on lengthy bike rides along the beach, and the price was much less than what I was expecting. They were friendly, prompt, efficient, and reasonable with their pricing. I highly recommend the Jax bicycle chain for any needed repair or maintenance on your bikes and if you’re in the market for a new one, I would definitely go there. Their selection was huge and pricing was competitive. Very professional.!

Jax is what I call, the bike doctors family. This is because they actually care for our bike needs but they also care for us. They put their hearts and skills into every customer and bike that enters their doors. I love rolling my baby into Jax and going off to my day, knowing I will be texted when my bike is repaired. I feel Co fident leaving my bike there over night because talking to these employees is like talking to trusted family so I know my bike is safe while being repaired. Repairs are fast and detailed to the letter. Best part is, they always give me a path for the future so I know when to return for tune ups. Everyone get your bikes at Jax and support these talented fun loving folks by using jax for repairs. Let's keep this wonderful bike shop in business forever. Please, try to buy from them and use them for repairs. Their prices are worth it. Their bikes are awesome and their tune ups and repairs are fantastic. My bike is my baby and these guys are the bike doctors of my choice. Proud jax customer. The other day I rolled in with a bad tire. They somehow fit me into their afternoon shift despite me saying "I'll take an über and you can work on my bike at night or whatever if you don't have time today." I was prepared to leave my bike overnight and they still chose to fit me in despite their already crowded schedule Butt they didn't rush my bike. They took their time to restore my baby to glory. That's why I won't go anywhere else. I offer these boys time so I won't overwork them and they still choose to help me fast and skillfully despite me not rushing them. Love you my wonderful jax bike doctors family. Thanks for keeping my baby going. As someone who can't drive, I am in debt to your wonderful work on my baby and I always feel comfortable and welcome coming into your awesome store. I would say best customer service but I feel like we are a community, something way better then customer and employee.
