Full-service bike shop, plenty of accessory inventory and plenty of bikes of all levels to choose from. Dave, your staff is normally always helpful and friendly. Anytime I have service on my road bike or mountain bike the service is through and complete, the mechanic crew always does a great job on my bikes. I like to help support the local business and Jax is a great local business.

We had an old bike serviced and also purchased a new bike from Jax Bicycle Center. Don in the service center was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we got our fixed up bike back the very next day which is remarkable! Nathan helped us to purchase a new bike for our son that can grow with him and last several years. He was friendly, patient and also very knowledgeable. Will be back for any bike needs and definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you, Jax!
The service was great and the process for picking up the bikes was quick and easy. The only issue I did have was that no one contacted me about the bikes being ready for pickup. I had to follow up a few times and the promised date was 5 days later.
Staff at Laguna Niguel store (Johnny) was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I l love all the employees at Jacks because they are some friendly and courteous. Secondly I believe they know their stuff . I’ve been with Jacks for over 15 years !
