I have been going to JAX Long Beach for 30+ years. I bought my last 4 bikes from JAX plus all of the accessories and add-ons, including my Cyclops (now Saris) rollers. I continue to go to them for bike service, tires, oil, tools, water bottles, etc. They have: great service, good selection, and good prices. The staff has always been awesome - professional and knowledgeable.
JAX Bicycle shop in Irvine is amazing. I have bought 3 amazing bikes there. I take them there for maintenance as well. The manager, David, is a cool guy that is so knowledgeable and helpful with cycling info. I highly recommend this store.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was super nice. Right away I was greeted by David. David was incredibly knowledgeable, patience with all my questions, and helped us pick out the perfect bike for my teenage son. The bike we got is a smidge big for him at the moment (he's on the smallest end of the fit for this bike, so there's lot of room to grow into the bike which is exactly what we needed to get him through the next 5 years of school), so David helped show him ways of managing mounting/dismounting the bike so he could feel comfortable. He even got the bike in immediately for kickstand install so we could take the bike home the same evening. Thank you so much for your help and kindness!
Delivered 2 e bikes that required rear tires and tubes. Expected 2 to 3 days to get back. Received a call that evening that my bikes were ready for pick-up. Great turn around.

Paul at the Irvine location was AMAZING. He was so detailed about the bike, explained everything and more to my son and even took him on a ride out back after we purchased so that he could teach him how the gears work. The amount of personal service we received was incredible. I could not recommend him enough. If I even need another bike, I will go back to Paul.
The Cyclist’s team are outstanding and we’re very knowledgeable. They were clear on every aspect of our bike repairs and extremely thorough. And to top it off, they got the work done very quickly.

This is the second time going there. I like that I can trust the people that are there. I don’t care about prices, I care that I can trust the folks to recommend the correct path forward and fix the bike correctly.
The service department at Jax is the best. My career included years in auto dealer service departments, and I can tell you that Jax has a very good one. If you bought your bike there or are just riding by and need a repair, you're treated like a valued customer and get high-quality work.
