Had my bike serviced and they stayed in communication with me during the process. Repaired my bike, ordered new tires, replaced my tape, gave a tune up, the returned the bike cleaner than when I dropped if off. They were friendly and knowledgeable of products and materials. I was even invited to attend a group ride and it was great!
