I needed a replacement fork for my “Townie”. They had a difficult time finding a replacement part, but they did the research and installed a fine replacement part. They were very forthright and honest.
The assistant checked my bike if the baby sit fits, explained how to install and address the possible installation issue.

Jax Bicycles Murrieta is well stocked in every way. The owner and employees are bike enthusiasts and it shows. They “just want to see people ride” is how the service writer put it! Had both of my bikes fixed and bought some goods to keep me going!
The whole staff was friendly! Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful and insightful. The bike came a day earlier which was amazing. I had trouble fitting the bike in my car and Luke noticed so Luke, a wonderful lady from the store, and another employee came out to help make the bike fit. Thank you guys!

I think I probably could have sourced the products I purchased at other bicycle shops but the huge difference was the level of customer service I received from Craig. He took the time to assess my needs and offer product suggestions that would immediately solve the issues I was dealing with. He even took the time to share insider tips on how to install one item and apply another item! I followed his advice meticulously and the bike repair/maintenance process went perfectly! Bottom line is your shelf products are what got me to initially walk through your doors but Craig (and any other outstanding team members like him) will keep me faithfully coming back through your doors for years to come. He is a tremendous asset to your brand !!!
