Great and friendly customer service. Jimmy and Eddie have provided the repairs and maintenance to the Electra electric bikes we purchased from Jax. They return phone calls on a timely basis.
Jacob was lovely. I'm a novice at biking and a petite woman, and he could have easily decided to try and intimidate me into buying unnecessary products. I've had this happen to me at other bike shops. Instead, he was thoughtful in his diagnosis of what was happening with my bike, patient in explaining what he was doing, and made your shop look great. I'll be a repeat customer because of my positive experience this week.

Great store with friendly service
I came to Max's with a very specific bike in mind. I was able to discuss what I wanted with Colin and he guided me to the exact bike I was looking for. Colin provided excellent customer service and education regarding the bike maker. The bike was ready to pick up when promised. I would highly recommend Max's bike Center to everyone.
I was greeted upon entering the store, taken care of quickly, bike was ready the next morning. I could not be happier.

Don was extremely polite and helped me without an appointment. He set me up with new pedals, a new seat, and a new helmet. He also filled my tires, explained some bicycle basics to me (I'm a bicycle noob) without being condescending in the slightest, and made a few other modifications on my bike for me for free. Everyone in the store was kind, polite, and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service and my now ready-to-go bike.

Always ready to purchase instead having to wait days for an order to come in. Try before you buy also is a big factor so I do not make a mistake on my purchase too.
