I have always liked your products and services. I have been shopping for a beach cruiser over a year now, I would stop in at a Jax's bike shop when ever I saw one. I just happened to be in Clairemont yesterday and walked by a bike shop that caught my eye. It was clean inside and the employees were so cool and very helpful. I didn't realize I was in a Jax's until I checked with Del who is a employee there. The Jax's Clairmont bike shop is definitely the best bike shop I've ever been in. The employees were the best! They helped me pick out my bike and made sure I got the right bike tail gate cover and even helped put it on. Then they helped me pick out some more cool stuff to go on my new bike. They even made sure that I was completely satisfied with my bike. We rode around town for a bit and made sure the bike was a good fit for me. I brought my wife’s bike in to repair a tire under warranty. The bike had not been ridden for several months as we were having a baby. It was pretty dirty. Not only did they fix the tire, but they cleaned the bike! It looked like new when I picked it up!
