I love this bicycle store. I feel like the prices are fair and everyone who works there is professional and kind. They seem to really care about their customers and offer great support and services. It makes having to go into a repair shop an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this shop for buying and especially for their repair center!

Service center with Don and Jacob, and others were very helpful in identifying the best approach for what I thought the bike needed. And it turned out that the work done was the right approach and the results once I got back on the bike exceeded the expectations of what I thought would happen. So I am very happy with the work done. I was very satisfied with the cost of these repairs and never felt I was being sold something that wouldn't make a difference in performance.
We loved everything about the service and products. From the moment we brought our bike in it was just warm, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The products were great and everything was pretty reasonable prices.
