You're very close to my house, and after doing due diligence by checking out a variety of brands and shops, I determined that the Trek FX sport was the right bike for me... there are few if any comparable bikes on the market. The first Nate I worked with was informative and took me on a couple of test rides, and the second Nate helped fit the bike for me and was helpful with my questions. I've now bought two bikes about twenty years apart from Jax, so I'm a long- time customer.
The sale person Anders was very knowledgeable about every question I had and beyond. Anders was also what I called a "non pushy" sale person. He proposed accessories but he didn't make it annoying. His role was more of being an educator. They took very good care of me and of all the people that I saw in the shop while I was there as well. Anders came with me driving the ebike I ended up purchasing I believe 4 times. He let me try different models, and explained the difference. He also made sure when I went to pick up the bike that everything was perfectly tuned up and offered for me to go back in a week or so after I will have more experience with the bike, to have it adjusted even more. I am very satisfied, I think we are going to have a great relationship for the future as well.

Purchased a bicycle from my local Jax a few months back, and recently just had the complimentary tune up! Everyone working there that I encountered was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! Went above and beyond to ensure I was totally happy, which is hard not to be in such a wonderful store! I can tell this company has their customers in mind!!

The sales person (Paul C.) who helped me while in your store was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to use the products I purchased and I've done so.
We went in to find myself a helmet and Brandon was very helpful! We discussed fit, styles and breathability while my little one picked up and entertainingly explored every kid-size helmet he could reach to share with him! Super personable and knowledgeable, thanks for your help and care for my families safety.

Service tech was very knowledgeable (forgot his name - long hair great personality). He knew exactly what was wrong and also recommended a tune up to ensure longevity of my bike. My bike runs great now! I just dropped off my wife’s bike for a tune up to ensure her bike is good to go!
