Eddy was incredible! I spoke to him over the phone two days before coming in and when I arrived he remembered me and what I was looking for in a bike. He then walked me through the process of picking out what accessories I needed. Shortly after, the bike was done and I was on my way! I absolutely love this bike! Whatever you’re paying Eddy, it’s not enough, give that man a raise!

I was able to speak with a tech right away. I had an issue with a tire on a bike I bought from Jax about 9 months ago. He fixed the problem immediately and was very fair about warranty coverage. I’m a regular customer and would never consider going elsewhere. Keep up the great work in an era when exceptional customer service is very rare.

Jose was freakin amazing! He went above and beyond to help my wife and I to figure out the start and finish to installing a hitch, bike rack, and getting our bikes tuned up for our trip. We kind of left everything at the last minute, but Jose helped up plan each day of when to get each part installed and when we could bring the bikes in. He was super quick, but thoughtful when we had to leave for our trip. I cannot recommend him more and definitely think he should be lined up for a promotion there. Thanks Jose!
