Very fast and effective came in one day they said it would be ready around 2 days later turns out it was ready the next day. They are nice and patient even told me everything that was wrong with the bike and explained why it happens after asking 100% recommend.
Great experience at this store. Personal attention, knowledgeable employees, overall great experience. Had no idea how important being properly fitted to a bike is! Our granddaughter rode several bikes around the store before picking her favorite.
Efficient and friendly
Anders could not have been better. Being new to Long Beach we had questions on where to ride. He took us to the map on the wall. Then he gave us his personal hints on what we could do. We came in for a small repair part and he comped me those as we talked. We ended up finding a few accessories for our grandsons bike for Christmas.
There is no doubt, we have found our bike shop.
I bought a used bike for my grandson and had a few questions. I called and Jessy took my call
He said stop by and he would give it a check to see if everything was good on the bike.
I was not familiar with the type of bike we got.
We brought it in and he did a full check up on the bike and even did a few adjustments for us.
This was a free service they offered in their slow season.
We bought a couple items we needed and felt good leaving the store knowing the bike was in good shape and setup for our grandson.

I got two bliss tire sealant and it worked wonders paid $12 for two bottles of the sealant instead of paying $77 plus $100 for installation on a new tire at a different shop. Jesie is the best.
