I like that the services are readily accessible and the associates are knowledgeable, competent, and reliable regarding the products they sell. I like that if the products are not on display, the associates can promptly get the bikes and/or accessories into the store within a few days. In my opinion, everything in the store is reasonably priced.
It seems to me that the associates can fix just about anything that moves on one, two, three wheels. I appreciate that when something goes wrong on my tricycle, I can take it into the shop and get an immediate resolution, especially for leaking air in tires.
Finally, I appreciate the decor on the floor. Although there are many bikes displayed, the space is not too crowded to take a stroll viewing styles and features.

I really liked the service and customer service from an emplyee named Elliot Stein. He is very friendly, able to provide me with a clear, professional and truthful opinion in choosing Jax's products. I bought a thermal cooled water bottle through his persuasion and even an extra tube that he professionally said that always keep a spare since he told me that there was a day he popped 3 of his spare tubes riding his old bike. I strongly believe this young man will succeed with his customer service skills and his persuasion to buy necessary things as he had his own experience.
This is our first time visiting this shop, and we were pleasantly surprised by their honesty and excellent customer service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything to us in a clear and understandable manner. We highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable service provider.
JAX at Laguna Niguel carries the highest quality products and the Staff/Mechanics are even higher quality! I won’t take my cycling needs anywhere else. The store manager, Braxton, really cares about the safety of his customers.

the store is very clean. while selling a lot of different products it is not cluttered or have a cramped feeling. The staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about their jobs, and go about them in an expedient manner. I took my beach cruiser in for a long overdue tuneup and to purchase some accessories. Everything I needed was in stock and that my bike would be ready for pickup the next day. Picked up my bike the next day. I like shopping at JAX and have never had a bad experience there. The sales personnel explain everything thoroughly so I can make an informed decision. Even on a busy day everyone is treated with same attention to detail.

I was greeted right away by Dave, who was friendly and helpful. He assisted with proper bike sizing, color choice, and arranged assembly and pick-up for the next morning. We bought a Trek bike for my 8-year-old. We were very happy with the service.
We brought in our son’s bike to get tubeless tires installed and had an excellent experience. Johnny greeted us right away and took the time to explain how tubeless tires work and share his own experience with them. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the process easy to understand, and we felt confident in the work. Great customer service all around. Highly recommend!

Large selection of bikes
I needed to replace my Ultegra cassette. I called several shops for stock check. Johnny was super helpful and said they had in stock, and that they could install it that immedialtely. The service person (can't remember his name) was super helpful, and the pricing was very fair. He replace the cassette promptly and tuned the deraillieurs. This was my first visit to this shop. My experience was amazing and I plan to support this shop going forward. BIG THANKS to Jax Laguna Niguel!
