I love this bicycle store. I feel like the prices are fair and everyone who works there is professional and kind. They seem to really care about their customers and offer great support and services. It makes having to go into a repair shop an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this shop for buying and especially for their repair center!

You once sponsored our CSULB HPV project for $100. We have gone there since 1994. We bought 2 $1000 bicycles from you in 2001. You always have excellent service there, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
I asked for the minimum maintenance to tighten the brakes and lube the chain. JAX went above and beyond to tighten up everything and even washed it from top to bottom! Very impressed!
