I bought a tool to remove my pedals and I did not have the strength to turn the bolt so I returned to the shop and the mechanic could barely loosen it with his tool but he did and said you can finish it with the tool you bought. The fellow who took care of recommending a few purchases for me at Jax clearly loved his work. He went out of his way to basically service my bike and give me maintenance advice for free because he had the time and enjoyed working on and talking about bikes. He was also very competent at his craft.
His exemplary attitude will be rewarded; I plan on bringing my bike back to him for some repair work today now that I have experienced his service.
