I got my Trek Domane in Fullerton store. I've been to long beach store and lately Huntington Beach store. They all are very helpful, that's a big plus. Would definitely recommend. I have not tried their bike service yet but someday I will give it a try.

The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a warranty issue with a Zipp wheel and Joel worked diligently to get a response and action on a new wheel. I would recommend JAX in Huntington Beach without reservation.

The shop is close to my home, so it's convenient. I have gotten to know some of the salespeople and service mechanics over the last 20 plus years so even though employees come and go your shop typically has friendly, knowledgeable people working. If I have a repair problem Derick has been there to help me and Tommy in the past, works hard to manage the situations that need to be address with vendors that provide your products, especially with warranty issues. Even though it is easy in today's marketplace to order any type of cycling gear online, it's always good to be able to walk into your store and pick up most anything I need for all my biking needs.
