Came in for a leak in my rear tire. Service agent, David, was very welcoming, friendly and provided the additional information we asked about. They fixed the tire right then and charge was only $26 parts and labor. We will be back!!
My bike was sicko big time. Don was on it quick and gave me a straightforward estimate of exactly what it needed...no more, no less. Even had my bike back a day before promised. Looked like it was new again. Rode 28 miles this morning. Drivetrain and shifting were smooth as silk.
