I brought my classic 10-speed Panasonic bicycle in for minor repairs. The technician who helped me (David) was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He performed some of the repairs immediately, and I left the bike overnight so that new brakes could be installed the next day. Great service!

I called at 4:30pm asking about fixing my daughter’s e-bike that had a flat tire in the back. She needs it to ride to school and back. I was driving in L.A. work traffic and trying to get home to grab the bike and get it to Jax’s before they closed. I planned on leaving it overnight since it was a last minute thing. My daughter and I got there at 5:45pm. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone turned out to be leaving to go home, but when he saw me, he asked if I was the one who’d called. He then escorted us in and took us to the counter and told them our situation and could they fix the bike while we waited. The answer was yes! He then handed me off to that employee, who was also very helpful. Got me all taken care of and even helped put the bike in the back of my van. Needless to say, I felt very well taken care of and was so grateful. Thank you!
Over the years, I’ve had good experiences owning several Trek bicycles. I love my new CheckPoint Gravel bike. It’s exactly what I wanted in every way. JAX Bicycle Center offered me a great deal, and it was a joy working with Johnny B. He made sure everything was perfect. I look forward to working with this shop, and the expert technicians. Most of all, I’m excited to spend many happy hours & miles on this beautiful bicycle.

Don and his team were fantastic! I had a challenging problem with an e-bike, they diagnosed the problem, secured a warranty claim, and had the bike fixed at minimal cost. Their communication throughout was clear, and constant. I cannot recommend their services enough!

Star review of if I could. I had to leave town for a bit and needed a place to store my bike, obviously I’d gladly pay. I wanted it serviced anyway any there where happy to work with me.
I also had them pack up my bike to ship. Bike flights was being a pain and requesting all these pictures. I offered to drive down multiple times and the staff said no need, we can get those for you. Super helpful.
Idk what socal people do for thanks but I’d for sure love to buy this place a round for all the help !
Good customer service
Jax carries great varieties of bicycles. The services were straightforward and Nate called us when the product is ready to be picked up. When we picked up the bike, Don explained to my son how to change the gears, lock the bike, and educate us on necessary accessories for safety purposes.
