I received very good service for a difficult issue with a rear wheel. The rim tape had slipped to the side causing flats with the rear wheel. The mechanic was familiar with the issue and sold me better rim tape that solved the issue.

The service dept was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was in the middle of a 100km fund raising ride. It was pouring rain, my rear tire was not keeping air. My buddies and I rolled into the shop, soaking wet and dripping water all over the shop. My hands were stiff from the rain and cold so I went to the shop for help. The service tech was so quick to change my tube and check everything out to make sure I had a trouble free finish to my ride. I appreciate the help and friendly service!

Good customer service from the folks at Jax San Clemente. I bought something that wasn't quite right, brought it back in for an exchange, and even though it was a couple dollars more, they exchanged it straight across and I was back in business in no time. They're always helpful, and carry a pretty good stock of bikes and parts whenever I need it.
