I walked in there on a Sunday afternoon with my bike in needs of a pedal change, not sure they had a tech on hand. Not only did they have one tech, they had three and one took care of my needs immediately. Their fee for the service was very reasonable, I though and it was done in 10 minutes. As a courtesy, they inflated the tires, but the back one popped, due to an old tube, most likely. So Immediately, they offered to replace the tube and tire with no labor charge. I said, yes of course and the whole got done in a few minutes. What a deal, great customer service! Jax Bicycle Center, Highly recommended!
Misty was so knowledgeable and worked with me to make me feel very comfortable to purchase my bike. She went on a ride through the neighborhood with me and made all the adjustments so that my seat and handle bars were perfect for me. It was a wonderful birthday present amd she made me feel very special. I feel
