Jax bike shop is my favorite local shop for MTB bikes and Service or repairs.
All the staff are bikers and very knowledgeable about bikes. The guys in the service dept are super helpful and friendly and the turnaround on repairs is much quicker than the other bike shops in OC. I definitely recommend this shop.

My first experience with Jax could not have gone better. Sales person was an enthusiastic mountain bike rider, he listened to what I wanted and the type of rider I was, etc. They recommended a couple, I chose the one I liked and 6 months later, I love the bike I got.
Jax even called me to tell me not to forget the 6-month free tune up. I was having a slight derailer issue that was making a clicking and needed some tuning. Got the bike back in perfect condition. I am really happy with their extensive array of Trek Bikes specifically, the service people know their stuff, and the sales people were very knowledgeable and friendly.
