Staff goes above and beyond every time I go. Dom helped me with my sons tire and showed me how to repair the inner tube that was not available at the time. I purchased patches and a pressure gage. I will always go there even though I don’t have a fancy bike because I know they will give me a fair price, and maybe a few tips to help me out, which means a lot. Thank you Jax and Dom for your help!
Jason fixed my bike last Sunday. Needed new tires and inner tubes. He totally went the extra mile to get me back on the road, which was hard as he was by himself in the shop on a Sunday. He is a great employee and extremely knowledgeable. He is also a nice person. It would be much appreciated by me if someone from management could let Jason know what a positive experience he provided. This is why I would never go anywhere else for cycling support.

I had a problem assembling a Thule Bike Rack with a 2 bike extension. I stopped by the shop to ask if they could finish the assembly. The staff member that initially waited on me was very helpful and followed up later in the day with a status report. The mechanic (I wish I remembered his name) was extremely helpful. When I arrived to pick up the unit, which is quite heavy, helped install on my trailer hitch. Clearly above and beyond. All was done in a cheerful manner. Kudos to the staff and Jax!!

Frankly, I shop there for convenience. It's my local shop and all other shops have closed down. However, when I do go in for service or goods I always get good service. I would like to see more variety and stock in parts, tools, clothing, and accessories but I think because it is a Trek store they're limited and that's a shame. I always loved high end shops in the past who had different brands on hand instead of the box stores that carry the Big Three. I go there for bits and service and it's great but I buy my bikes elsewhere because I'm not a Trek rider.

i am sorry i dont know the persons name who works the front register but what a pro. No kidding, I have worked 40 years in large corporate retail and we always strive to make that first imprssion with a customer awesome. Thats exactly what this young man did, he immediately greeted me upon store entry, dropped what he was doing, determined what tube i needed, went and got it himself and checked me out. All with speed and a smile.
