The people there are outstanding. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I came in to try and find bearings for a front wheel, and you would have thought that I was buying a bike! They found the odd bearing for me and made sure I knew how to put everything back together correctly. For $2.50 cents worh of bearings, I received a thousand dollars in service. Great job.

I found Amal Najjar to be very courteous, understanding and above all else, professional. I actually enjoyed working with her on my refund/credit process.
I was about to give up on Jax Bicycle Centers entirely as I was previously working with the Chino location and found that service manager and staff to be unprofessional and not very customer service orientated. I left the Jax Bicycle in Chino upset and was sorry I purchased my rather expensive e-bikes from them. My opinion of Jax was very low, so low in fact that I took my wife and daughters bicycles (that I purchased from Jax) to a different bicycle shop altogether, as I was very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by the Chino location.
Amal helped to change my overall outlook on Jax. Again her professional disposition and willingness to help me and offer suggestions left an impact with me. It is my hope that the professionalism and friendly demeanor I found in working with Amal will be found at other Jax Bicycle Centers moving forward.
