Excellent repairs, friendly staff, good communication. I am an older woman and often times I am treated in a condescending manner at other bike shops. I never feel that way with the staff at Jax.

The service staff was great and pricing is better than what I expected. Went in with an issue with the bottom bracket threading that was bad from the day the bike was purchased (from another retailer), and the team at Jax was able to fix it and make it better than when it was first purchased. The bike is now quieter and smoother in the shifts. Great service!

Jax has a very good system. Whenever you come in they know the purchase history, repair history, service history, etc. Having this data in hand, makes for easier conversations when you need something done on the bike. The staff are friendly and answer your Q's in detail. I am happy about my purchase but happier with the service I get whenever I drop by.
Jonny and the team helped me repair my bob front tire and saved me a ton of money from the original manufacturer but also hooked me up with a life time warranty to assist me in the future if I ever run across a flat again. The customer service from start to finish was exceptional. In addition, they fixed my stroller so fast which I appreciated so much due to having a a busy toddler and needing the stroller for our adventures during the day. Thanks again for all your help and great service!
