I believe his name is John, but he helped me out right away and steered me the right way for the upkeep on a my relatively new bike. Had a good experience at the murrieta shop where I originally bought the bike because it was in stock, and I’m happy to report that the same degree of service and hospitality at the Claremont shop.
Jax bicycles handled our situation exceptionally one of the batteries went out on our electric bike, and they went above and beyond and handled it so fast they were very attentive of our needs and answered all of our questions. I will definitely be going back to them for all my bicycle needs in the future. Thanks again guys you’re the best and hopefully we’ll be able to ride our bikes this weekend. Keeping our fingers crossed there’s no rain.

Vincent was GREAT to work with in dealing with the care of my bike. He answered all of my questions, gave me a full explanation of all the work needed, and a detailed list of expenses. He completed the work on the same day.
When I picked up my bike another employee (I'm sorry I forgot his name-it was either Greg or Craig I think.) came out and helped me with attaching my bike rack to the car and loadng the bike on to it. The only thing missing was having him come home with me to remove it from the car!
Good and really affordable work. They helped me with the axel on my bike for a baby trailer and Was able to have fun with my daughter this weekend! The new part they put on made it super easy. Thanks!

I give Jax Irvine 6 starts, or more! Here's why. My new bike needed its 300+ mile tune-up. I brought it in, they documented all the things I needed/wanted done, and had it ready in less than two days. All was as promised. In addition, they mounted a second saddle on an extra-long seat post I had bought on-line (l like to ride high). ALL AT NO CHARGE TO ME. Part of the service, they say. And all with pleasant and obviously expert care and attention. Jax Bicycle in Irvine has it going on!
