I prayed the morning I came to Jax that the Good Lord would give me a special job to help someone. I'm in over my head on other projects, but I'm a good swimmer.
So Phillip calls me on a Craigs List ad that got no calls for a month. "Is the bike still for sale?" Yah yuh.
I pumped up the tires, oiled the chain, took it for a test ride.
Derailleur scrambled up into the spokes. Took it to Jax because Phillip needs a bike, for he has no car. And he's a widower, 78. Cost me $90 to have the new derailleur installed and I sold it to Phillip for the asked price of $115. Plus I gave him a copy of my book, Brilliant Creations - The Wonder of Nature and Life.
It was a great day. Jax fixed the mountain bike in under 2 hours.
Customer service was exceptional for the purchase of my E-Bike that I picked up last week. I love the bike and I'm glad to keep my purchase in my home town of Claremont.
The service and sales reps at Jax all know my name. That may not seem like a big deal but taking the extra step of remembering my name demonstrates a level of professionalism that rarely exists anymore. They know my riding habits and style and could probably identify my bike out of 100 like it. What I'm saying is they are more than professionals. The staff goes beyond the call of duty to make sure I am completely satisfied.
