My wife and I went to get some new bike locks and had a very positive experience. The employee was very courteous and knowledgeable. My wife’s handlebars were loose and they tightened them for her before they even knew we would be paying customers. We will definitely be back.

The sales specialist Marc is very professional and courteous. After hearing my physical condition and needs, he recommended a product that fits me very well. Haven't bought a bike for over 20 years and haven't ridden one for many years, I made some dumb mistakes. Both Marc and the store manager (forgot his name) answered my questions very patiently and resolved the issue quickly.
They need a good tune up on my bike and they did it pretty quick

The Bikes, (products), warranties, looks, accessories, etc. are top of the line. The service goes hand in hand with the bikes; friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to: in my case… age and physical level. A real great experience, (as usual) at the Ajax Bike center in Long Beach.
