I had a great experience with Anders. He was amicable and patient, took his time with me and showed me options. The selection at Jax Bicycle is pretty great, although they had to order mine, which was quick. I ultimately went with a bike he recommended based on my needs, along with the add on features he suggested and installed himself on the bike. Through and through, it was a high quality experience.
