All was just perfect: my flat tire was fixed fast, I received timely call reminding that my tire is ready. At pick up I was given technical information and recommendations for correct tire maintenance. In summary, it was professional and, at the same time, very riendly service.

Jax Bicycle is a gift to Irvine, CA. In this day of declining customer service (e.g. nobody is available to ask at Home Depot) it always surprises me that Jax has bicycle experts who like their customers. I've never met a discourteous staff member. And they always give me the best advice - not only for racing bikes, street bikes and beach cruisers, but also electric bikes as well.
Thanks for staying in Irvine and giving us the best resource in cycling.

Always the best service and employees that work there. Always have the answer to my problems. They are very military friendly to as most of them are prior military. This shop is approved by Expeditionary Veterans Association and we love doing business with them.

Traveling and left my bicycle shorts at home. The size (and only one they had in that size) was on display. I inquired if they would take it off display to which the manager replied ‘yes.’ All worked out for me and I appreciate it. Great customer service!
Super helpful and friendly even though it was more of a nuisance maintenance issue. Walked in and had availability to put the bike on the rack and fixed it on the spot. Can't beat that!
