Everyone in the store was very nice and friendly. Technician Jacob fixed our flat rear tire quickly and checked out the bike to make sure it was in good working order. He installed our new wireless Ridetime Computer and set it up for us. Manager Don was also very helpful, noticed our front tire was on backwards and reinstalled it. Don helped us get the bike into the back of our car and gave us some loading tips. We've been going to Jax for many years, and are always pleased with the great service and helpful staff!
