However, allow me to share a thought with your JAX ownership. During the pandemic, or near the end of it, I went in to the Claremont store and was told quite frankly that I could not shop in the store without a mask. That made me angry. Your policy of "required masks" turned me off. No other stores were requiring masks and with a little irritation I told your young salesperson "I was shopping for a friend and you just lost a potential sale of a $5000 ebike". Maybe it was just the fact that you are in Claremont and they are so sensitive to "woke ideolgy, but, the evidence that then and now has been substantiated is true: masks were and are not effective. This experience turned me away from JAX for a long period of time as I had become a faithful customer of your Chino Hills store. I do want to support local JAX stores since the Chino Hills store treated all their customers well. Please think through all policies prior to requiring future mandates.
