I upgraded the forknon my Trek Rail. Dropped it off at 11am and its ready for pick up at 4pm. The price is very reasonable too. Excellent service. Will definitely record my friends specially those who owned Trek bikes.

Also, there was no hesitation when I asked to have the tire pressure checked -- and good thing because the tires were a little low. The staffer pumped them right up for me. I had a great customer experience with Jax Bicycle recently. Having met David at a Trek Bicycles event last year, I mentioned that I was looking forward to the release of a new Trek Bicycles helmet.
Fast forward eight months later, Trek released the new helmet, and on the day of the release, I received a phone call from David letting me know the helmet was now available. Without hesitation, I ordered the helmet from Jax Bicycle.
